Teams in MagicTap represent your business branch entity. Each Team has unique link and QR code. Team name and location are available for end customers within the feedback widget.
For example chain of 5 coffeeshops would have 5 Teams where each of them is associated with the particular business branch.
Business also can use Teams as collecting feedbacks for the specific department

Happiness Score shows overall rating of satisfaction from all received feedback for the selected Teams and period of time. Minimum value is 1 and maximum level is 5. Happiness score trend is comparing a changes of values from the same previous period.
Categories are additional criteria you set for end customers to vote. Rating of Categories shows how much people who voted are satisfied with the specific categories. On the Dashboard you can see top 5 categories the most appreciated by end customers for the selected period of time.
You always can review and export full data from detailed feedbacks log by clicking on Happiness Score or one of Categories.

Each Team has unique link and automatically generated QR code which is available for download from Team interface for the further printing materials. You either can generate your own QR code using a link copy at a third party tool on your choice.
